Description
Castel'Pro 5-ply stainless steel pan, glossy mirror finish with 5-layer thermo-diffuser base, fixed cast iron handle.
With a layer of aluminium sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel, Castel'Pro frying pans allow heat to spread throughout their body, not only in the heat-diffusing base.
The unique round shape of the body of the utensil is ideal for mixing, sautéing and cooking. The 5-layer Castel'Pro Stoves preserve the taste qualities of food and are easy to clean after cooking. The athermic solid stainless steel handle, perfectly linked to the body of the pan thanks to the stainless steel rivets, does not retain the heat on a ceramic hob.
