Polished stainless Graphite lid.
CRISTEL-stamped brushed stainless button.
Perfectly compatible with CRISTEL stainless cookware, Graphite lids let your dishes simmer without drying out: the groove along the edge keeps evaporated water inside.
Graphite stainless lids can be lifted with the aid of a CRISTEL removable handle.

Le plus simple des couvercles Cristel à laver et essuyer. Je m'aperçois que je l'utilise même sans poignée supplémentaire car il ne chauffe pas tant que cela à la cuisson.
