Description
Removable Mutine polished stainless universal steam cooking insert.
Universal steam cooking inserts can be adapted to fit three sizes of saucepans, cooking pots or stock pots:
- 16, 18 and 20 cm Mutine saucepans for the 20 cm universal steam cooking insert (reference CVU20Q)
- 20, 22 and 24 cm Mutine cooking pots, stock pots or casseroles for the 24 cm universal steam cooking insert (reference CVU24Q)
Mutine universal steam cooking inserts are made of 18/10 stainless steel. They preserve the taste of food and are easy to clean after use.
Requires removable handle or grips.

Un peu plus long à nettoyer à cause des "pliures" que le cuit-vapeur non universel, mais plus pratique pour s'adapter lorsqu'on utilise plusieurs casseroles pour le repas. Il reste simple à nettoyer par rapport au gros ustensiles de cuisson-vapeur qui sont souvent en plastique et trop volumineux à mon goût. J'ai redécouvert la cuisson vapeur simplifiée.
