Product availability
CRISTEL is committed to preparing your order as rapidly as possible once it has been approved.
The products you order are kept in stock on CRISTEL's production sites.
If you are able to order a product, this means it is available.
If a product becomes unavailable for a reason beyond our control, we will send you the rest of your order and promise to send you the missing product at our own cost as rapidly as possible, to the delivery address you provide in the order.

Delivery
To make sure your purchases arrive as soon as possible, CRISTEL uses ColiPoste as its partner for home deliveries.
ColiPoste is committed to delivering to your home within 3/6 days of the time your package is handed to the Post Office.
