CristelStore Pickup Points consist exclusively of authorized CRISTEL product resellers.
Familiar with our products, they are well equipped to advise you and help you get the most out of the high-quality items you’ve just purchased.
Additionally, if you choose delivery to a CristelStore partner, shipping is free.

How does it work?

- Choose carefully selected local shops.
- Detailed parcel tracking available 24/7 at www.dpd.fr.
- You’ll receive an alert (email/SMS) as soon as your parcel arrives at the Pickup point.
- Ideal if you're not home – you have 8 days to collect your parcel

How does it work?

- Once your order is prepared, DPD will send you a text message with several delivery date and time slot options.
- You choose the 3-hour slot that suits you best by replying directly to the SMS or by logging into the dpd.fr website.
- On the day of delivery, you will receive a reminder text with the chosen time slot.
- 24 to 48 hours delivery time (indicative), working days only.

This delivery method requires your mobile phone number.

IMPORTANT
We recommend choosing Pickup Point delivery if you're unsure you'll be at home.

receiving orders

It is important to check the outer condition of your package: traces of impacts, water, etc. If you have a doubt, you may refuse the delivery. 

Transport-related risks are covered by CRISTEL provided that the buyer checks the merchandise upon reception and, if necessary, files a complaint with the transport company within 48 hours:

  • write down your reservations, as accurately and with as much detail as possible, regarding missing or damaged products (writing "under condition of opening the package" has no legal force) on the delivery slip for the merchandise and ask the driver to countersign them (the driver is not required to respond to this request);
  • notify the transport company of your complaint by registered letter with recorded delivery, within two days of receiving the package and send a copy to us:
