Light and effective, these covers will ensure that your work top remains spotless while ensuring a perfect sear!
Made of stainless steel mesh with a stainless steel rim, they come in two sizes to fit all CRISTEL frying pans from 20-32 cm.
The removable handle version has a side hook attachment (also riveted) enabling hanging storage with the flat STRATE lids (only storage of the smaller size mesh cover is possible on the rack).

As with their removable handle lids, the product is of good quality, but I don't find the removable handle very practical for this type of utensil. I find it makes it complicated and dangerous to use.
