    So far I've only tested the steamed chocolate fondant, the 24cm diameter one, with four chocolate cups. For the first 30 minutes of cooking it stayed at 90 degrees, but I let it continue cooking unattended. Unfortunately, it reached 100 degrees, so it was overcooked and no longer had any fondant.
