Pour le moment j'ai juste tester le fondant au chocolat cuisson vapeur le diamètre 24 avec quatre coupelles de chocolat pendant les 30 premières minutes de cuisson c'est bien rester à 90 degrés j'ai laissé continuer à cuire sans surveiller malheureusement c'est monté à 100 degrés du coup c'était trop cuit plus de fondant
