Removable Strate stainless sautépans with an Exceliss+ non-stick coating come in two sizes: 22 and 24.
With a removable handle, Strate non-stick sautépans have the same brushed finish as all-stainless sautépans.
The non-stick sauté pan is ideal for grilling and cooking fish, potatoes, eggs, etc., without sticking.
With two removable grips, the Removable Strate sautépan moves seamlessly to the table where its heat-diffusing base will keep your dishes warm.
For its Strate sautépans, CRISTEL uses the Exceliss+ non-stick coating, guaranteed PFOA-free.

To preserve the coating of your utensil, avoid overheating. Our products are highly efficient, reaching the ideal temperature quickly without requiring a large energy source.
The coatings are designed for gentle cooking, not for searing at high temperatures.
- Set your hob to 2/3 of its maximum power:
- Hob up to 12: setting 9
- Hob up to 9: setting 6
- Gas: 1 notch above the middle. The flame should not exceed the base of the utensil.
- Remove the detachable handle or grips during cooking: they are intended solely for handling the cookware.
⚠️ Do not heat your utensil empty. Add the fat at the start of the heating process.
- Only use wooden, nylon or silicone utensils. Do not cut directly in your dish.
- Cleaning: although it is dishwasher-safe, we recommend hand washing with warm soapy water and a soft non-abrasive sponge.
Wait for your utensil to cool down before cleaning it to avoid thermal shock. - Storage: protect the non-stick coating from impacts with pan protectors.
