CRISTEL rack + thermometer set for the Roaster oven dish, available in two sizes, 35 or 40 cm.
The stainless steel wire rack is adjustable and can be folded down for space-saving storage, but can also be used in a horizontal position (for baking fish, rib of beef, rack of lamb, etc.).
The thermometer is mechanical and ovenproof up to 300°C.
