Description
Further to the success of the 40 cm roasting pan launched in 2015 to meet demand in the U.S. market, in 2016, CRISTEL has created a 35 cm version especially for the European market.
Made with three layers (stainless steel/aluminium/heavy-gauge stainless steel), this pan can also be used as a griddle on kitchen hobs, including induction hobs.
Its wide and tall handles enable easy access with no risk of burning. Note that the two roasting pans (35 and 40 cm) stack perfectly.
A new version of both sizes has been released this year: sold without the foldable wire raised-edge grill and thermometer in order to meet demand from all customers.
