Description
Set of 3 5-ply stainless steel saucepans from the Castel’Pro collection, with a mirror-polish finish, with a 5-layer heat-diffusing base and cast stainless steel fixed handle. Volume markings on the inside.
The 5 superimposed layers (18/10 stainless steel + 3 layers of aluminium + stainless steel) allow heat to spread throughout the body of the utensil evenly, not only in the heat-diffusing base. Without a single-piece base, the temperature can rise and fall quickly, making the more technical recipes easier. The unique rounded shape of the body of the utensil is ideal for mixing, cooking and whisking sauces.
The 5-layer Castel’Pro saucepans preserve the taste of food and are easy to clean after use.
The solid stainless steel stay-cool handle, perfectly bonded to the body of the saucepan using stainless steel rivets, doesn’t retain heat on ceramic and induction hobs.
The set comprises a 16, 18 and 20 cm saucepan.
