Our products are highly efficient, reaching the ideal temperature quickly without requiring a large energy source.
For liquids (water, milk):
- You can set your hob to maximum power.
- ⚠️ Add salt or stock cubes only once the water is boiling.
Cooking food:
- Set your hob to 2/3 of its maximum power:
- Hob up to 12: setting 9
- Hob up to 9: setting 6
- Gas: one notch above medium flame
- Test the temperature: Add a few drops of water:
- They evaporate instantly → the cookware is not hot enough.
- They form little balls → the perfect temperature is reached. You can now add fat if needed, followed by your ingredients.
- Remove the detachable handle or side handles during cooking: they are intended solely for handling the cookware.
Cleaning: Deglaze with water for a flavourful sauce or to simplify cleaning.
You can soak your cookware in warm soapy water if needed.
Maintain the shine of your stainless steel with Renox cleaner to remove residue and restore its brilliance.

Absolutely no regrets! Even though the pots and pans represent an investment, I am more than satisfied with their efficiency and ease of use (after a little over a month of use). I hope they will last a lifetime!

3/5
The pans seem to be of good quality, but the removable handle, meant to be used between pans, has a very pronounced wobble. Even when attached, it still moves a few millimeters. This is not at all reassuring when the pan is hot. This play in the handle doesn't bode well for the future. For this price, it's very disappointing.
