Halloween – Enchanted Pumpkin Juice with Honey
Ingredients
- 3 lb peeled pumpkin
- 1 cup orange juice without pulp
- 1 cup carrot juice
- 5 oz honey
Recipe
1 Put the pumpkin, orange juice and carrot juice in the saucepan.
2 Cover the pan and cook for 20 minutes on medium heat.
3 Blend the mixture and put it through a strainer if needed.
4 Add in the honey and set aside in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
5 Serve in glasses with a straw.
Tip: if you do not have any carrot juice, you can use only orange juice instead.
