How should I care for the non-stick coating on my CRISTEL cookware?
- do not use metal utensils – use nylon utensils instead;
- always cook on low or medium heat and, importantly, never place non-stick Exceliss® cookware under the grill;
- do not use abrasive cleaning products or pads;
- avoid using oil spray, which is not recommended as micro-drops can impregnate the surface and form build-ups.
