Our BIOME stainless steel steam cooker is a concentrate of our know-how for healthy cooking at low temperatures. Biome is a cooker that combines three different cooking modes: gentle (below 90°C), steam (below 95°C) and a combination of the two. The thermometer combined with the ultra-resistant glass lid allows temperature control.

Surveiller la température est un vrai plus : la cuisson des légumes est bien plus facile qu’avec un autocuiseur.
