    Very disappointed. I received a first one that cracked on the 2nd use, even though the water was at the indicated temperature. Customer service sent me a replacement, but the bottom of that one just completely cracked after a small knock during cleaning. In principle, a plastic-free coffee maker is ideal, but the robustness is really not there, which is a shame for a brand of this usual quality.

    This coffee maker has a defect and stability issue. The first one I received was unstable on a flat surface (which is problematic for a French press when you have to press down). I returned it and sent a new one, which still has a slight stability problem, but it's minimal compared to the first one... It's probably a design/finishing flaw in the mold. The coffee maker itself is very attractive; we'll see how it performs in use. The delivery time for the first shipment was not respected.
