Very disappointed. I received a first one that cracked on the 2nd use, even though the water was at the indicated temperature. Customer service sent me a replacement, but the bottom of that one just completely cracked after a small knock during cleaning. In principle, a plastic-free coffee maker is ideal, but the robustness is really not there, which is a shame for a brand of this usual quality.

Défaut et problème de stabilité sur cette cafetière. La première cafetière reçue était instable sur surface plane (ce qui est problématique pour une cafetière à piston lorsqu'il faut presser). Retour et renvoi d'une nouvelle cafetière qui a encore un léger problème de stabilité mais minime comparé au premier envoi... Sûrement un défaut de design/finition du moule. Cafetière très belle, reste à voir à l'usage. Délais de livraison pour le premier envoi non respecté.
