Versatile and high-performance, they're an essential addition to your cookware set and are perfect for all your culinary preparations.

OPTIMAL COOKING

Equipped with a three-layer encapsulated heat diffuser base (induction stainless steel, aluminium, 18/10 stainless steel), these induction-compatible saucepans ensure rapid, even heat distribution for perfectly even cooking every time.

ADVANTAGES OF THE REMOVABLE HANDLE

The removable handle concept on CRISTEL saucepans allows compact stacking, optimising space in your cupboards and dishwasher.
By removing the handle during cooking, you benefit from enhanced safety, limiting the risk of burns, particularly in the presence of children.
Practical and adaptable, this system lets you easily transform your saucepan into a stewpot by replacing the handle with Casteline grips, so you can move elegantly from the kitchen to the table.

Our products are highly efficient, reaching the ideal temperature quickly without requiring a large energy source.

For liquids (water, milk):

You can set your hob to maximum power.
⚠️ Add salt or stock cubes only once the water is boiling.

Cooking food:

Set your hob to 2/3 of its maximum power:
- Hob up to 12: setting 9
- Hob up to 9: setting 6
- Gas: one notch above medium flame
Test the temperature: Add a few drops of water:
- They evaporate instantly → the cookware is not hot enough.
- They form little balls → the perfect temperature is reached. You can now add fat if needed, followed by your ingredients.
Remove the detachable handle or side handles during cooking: they are intended solely for handling the cookware.

Cleaning: Deglaze with water for a flavourful sauce or to simplify cleaning.

You can soak your cookware in warm soapy water if needed.

Maintain the shine of your stainless steel with Renox cleaner to remove residue and restore its brilliance.

Très belles pièces que j’ai essayées. La chaleur diffuse plus rapidement que dans des casseroles classiques. Un peu déçue par la poignée qui ne se fige pas bien à la fixation ; elle bouge un peu.

Nous sommes ravis que vous appréciez la rapidité de diffusion de la chaleur, un atout essentiel que nous mettons en avant dans notre conception.

Concernant la poignée, il est tout à fait normal qu’elle présente un léger jeu : cela est dû à sa conception.

Contrairement à d'autres modèles comme la poignée Zénith, elle n'est pas conçue pour être totalement fixe, ce qui n'altère en rien sa sécurité d'utilisation.
