Equipped with a high-performance heat-diffusing base made up of three layers (induction stainless steel, aluminium, 18/10 stainless steel), these induction-compatible pans guarantee rapid and even temperature distribution for evenly cooked food.

REMOVABLE :

The removable handle concept allows CRISTEL saucepans to be stacked perfectly, saving valuable space in cupboards and the dishwasher.

By removing the handle while cooking, you benefit from maximum safety in the kitchen, reducing the risk of burns, especially for young children.

Practical and adaptable, the removable handle makes it easy to transform your saucepan into a stewpot by replacing the handle with Zenith grips so you can easily move from the kitchen to the table.

For liquids (water, milk):

You can set your hob to maximum power.
⚠️ Add salt or stock cubes only once the water is boiling.

Cooking food:

Set your hob to 2/3 of its maximum power:
- Hob up to 12: setting 9
- Hob up to 9: setting 6
- Gas: one notch above medium flame
Test the temperature: Add a few drops of water:
- They evaporate instantly → the cookware is not hot enough.
- They form little balls → the perfect temperature is reached. You can now add fat if needed, followed by your ingredients.
Remove the detachable handle or side handles during cooking: they are intended solely for handling the cookware.

Cleaning: Deglaze with water for a flavourful sauce or to simplify cleaning.

You can soak your cookware in warm soapy water if needed.

Maintain the shine of your stainless steel with Renox cleaner to remove residue and restore its brilliance.
