CRISTEL's oven dish was created at the urgent request of our American customers for the great Thanksgiving ritual, but the design of this product will undoubtedly make many people happy in France and many other countries!
This product won the 2015 Table&Cadeau award in the Cooking category.
The baking dish is fitted with a stainless steel wire rack that can be adjusted and folded down for space-saving storage, but can also be used in a horizontal position (for baking fish, rib of beef, rack of lamb, etc.).
A prick thermometer is included.
This stainless steel oven dish is available in 40 cm, with a matt stainless steel interior.

Large handles that are easy to grip even with gloves. Perfect size for my oven. The dish feels sturdy. I used it for a bain-marie and I can't wait to use it with the cradle for a roast or poultry.

The dish was too big for my oven, but Cristel refunded me without any problem. The 35cm dish is great. Very good quality and cooks beautifully.

This dish is very well designed from an ergonomic and dimensional point of view for domestic ovens. The minimum internal width for the oven is 43.5 cm, ours is 44 cm which leaves a very small margin. The dimensions of 43 cm wide by 33 cm deep are the overall dimensions. The dish is 40 cm wide internally and 31 cm deep internally. We were able to cook an 8.3 kg suckling pig without any problems :-) A small diagram on the website showing the overall and internal dimensions would be a plus. Not all domestic ovens are the same size, and half a centimeter makes all the difference between: Fits in the oven, Doesn't fit in the oven ;-)
