Mirror finish stainless sautépan made of triple-layer Multiply (stainless-aluminium-stainless) with an Exceliss+ non-stick coating.

Made up of five superimposed layers at the base and approximately three layers on the sides, this non-stick stainless steel sauté pan, compatible with induction hobs, offers full heat distribution across its entire surface, from the base to the rim.
Thanks to its impeccable production quality and the Exceliss+ non-stick coating, the Casteline non-stick sautépan can be used to cook, sear or simmer even the most delicate dishes.
With two grips, it can be elegantly carried to the table where its heat-diffusing base will keep your dishes warm.

To preserve the coating of your utensil, avoid overheating. Our products are highly efficient, reaching the ideal temperature quickly without requiring a large energy source.
The coatings are designed for gentle cooking, not for searing at high temperatures.
- Set your hob to 2/3 of its maximum power:
- Hob up to 12: setting 9
- Hob up to 9: setting 6
- Gas: 1 notch above the middle. The flame should not exceed the base of the utensil.
- Remove the detachable handle or grips during cooking: they are intended solely for handling the cookware.
⚠️ Do not heat your utensil empty. Add the fat at the start of the heating process.
- Only use wooden, nylon or silicone utensils. Do not cut directly in your dish.
- Cleaning: although it is dishwasher-safe, we recommend hand washing with warm soapy water and a soft non-abrasive sponge.
Wait for your utensil to cool down before cleaning it to avoid thermal shock. - Storage: protect the non-stick coating from impacts with pan protectors.
