A very nice, high-quality serving board. I was immediately reassured upon delivery because I was unsure about the "compressed cellulose" material, which I wasn't familiar with. It looks like a resin-type composite material, much better quality than the plastic often used for these cutting boards today. I'd even say you could easily mistake it for... slate!
