This set of 3 stainless steel saucepans from the Mutine Amovible collection (ø16, 18 and 20 cm), with a glossy finish, includes a removable Zenith stainless steel handle.

Versatile and high-performance, they can be adapted to any kitchen and will become indispensable allies for all your preparations.

  • PERFORMANCE :
Featuring a high-performance heat-diffusing base made up of three layers (induction stainless steel, aluminium, 18/10 stainless steel), these induction-compatible pans guarantee rapid, even temperature distribution for uniform cooking.

  • REMOVABLE :

The removable concept allows CRISTEL saucepans to be stacked perfectly, saving valuable space in cupboards and dishwashers.

The handle can be removed during cooking to ensure optimum safety in the kitchen, with no risk of burns, especially in the presence of young children.

The practical removable handle system means you can transform your stainless steel saucepan into a stewpot by replacing the handle with Zenith grips, making it easy to move from the kitchen to the table.

  • STAINLESS STEEL, A HEALTHY, DURABLE MATERIAL :

The 18/10 stainless steel saucepans in the Mutine collection are corrosion-resistant, preserve the flavour of food and are easy to clean after cooking.

Complete your set of 3 Mutine Removable stainless steel saucepans with the Set of 3 Platine glass lids from the same collection.

Our products are highly efficient, reaching the ideal temperature quickly without requiring a large energy source.

For liquids (water, milk):

  • You can set your hob to maximum power.
  • ⚠️ Add salt or stock cubes only once the water is boiling.

Cooking food:

  • Set your hob to 2/3 of its maximum power:
    • Hob up to 12: setting 9
    • Hob up to 9: setting 6
    • Gas: one notch above medium flame
  • Test the temperature: Add a few drops of water:
    • They evaporate instantly → the cookware is not hot enough.
    • They form little balls → the perfect temperature is reached. You can now add fat if needed, followed by your ingredients.
  • Remove the detachable handle or side handles during cooking: they are intended solely for handling the cookware.

Cleaning: Deglaze with water for a flavourful sauce or to simplify cleaning.

You can soak your cookware in warm soapy water if needed.

Maintain the shine of your stainless steel with Renox cleaner to remove residue and restore its brilliance.

However, considering the price of the pans, the handles should have been included. You should include them in the future.
