Removable Mutine stainless sautépans with an Exceliss non-stick coating come in four sizes: 22, 24, 26 and 28 cm.
With a removable handle, Mutine non-stick sautépans have the same mirror finish as stainless-interior sautépans.
The non-stick sautépan is ideal for grilling and cooking fish, potatoes, eggs, etc., without sticking.
With two removable grips, it moves seamlessly to the table where its heat-diffusing base will keep your dishes warm.
For its Mutine sautépans, CRISTEL uses the Exceliss+ non-stick coating, guaranteed PFOA-free.

To preserve the coating of your utensil, avoid overheating. Our products are highly efficient, reaching the ideal temperature quickly without requiring a large energy source.
The coatings are designed for gentle cooking, not for searing at high temperatures.
- Set your hob to 2/3 of its maximum power:
- Hob up to 12: setting 9
- Hob up to 9: setting 6
- Gas: 1 notch above the middle. The flame should not exceed the base of the utensil.
- Remove the detachable handle or grips during cooking: they are intended solely for handling the cookware.
⚠️ Do not heat your utensil empty. Add the fat at the start of the heating process.
- Only use wooden, nylon or silicone utensils. Do not cut directly in your dish.
- Cleaning: although it is dishwasher-safe, we recommend hand washing with warm soapy water and a soft non-abrasive sponge.
Wait for your utensil to cool down before cleaning it to avoid thermal shock. - Storage: protect the non-stick coating from impacts with pan protectors.
