This Set of 4 stainless steel saucepans from the Mutine Amovible collection (ø 14, 16, 18 and 20 cm), with their shiny finish, is an essential addition to your cookware. It includes a removable coloured bakelite handle.
Functional and efficient, these saucepans can be adapted to any style of cooking, helping you to prepare a wide range of dishes.

PERFORMANCE AND DESIGN :

Thanks to their three-layer heat-diffusing base (induction stainless steel, aluminium, 18/10 stainless steel), these induction-compatible saucepans guarantee rapid, even heat distribution for even cooking of food.
The removable bakelite handles, available in 5 colours, add a contemporary touch to your kitchen while providing a secure and comfortable grip.
Their practical fixing system makes them easy to use.

SPACE-SAVING, MODULAR, SAFE :

CRISTEL removable pans stack easily, optimising space in your cupboards and dishwasher.
During cooking, removing the handle provides added safety, limiting the risk of burns, particularly in the presence of children.
Practical and adaptable, they can be transformed into stewpots by replacing the handle with Mutine grips, ideal for elegant service directly at the table.

Our products are highly efficient, reaching the ideal temperature quickly without requiring a large energy source.

For liquids (water, milk):

You can set your hob to maximum power.
⚠️ Add salt or stock cubes only once the water is boiling.

Cooking food:

Set your hob to 2/3 of its maximum power:
- Hob up to 12: setting 9
- Hob up to 9: setting 6
- Gas: one notch above medium flame
Test the temperature: Add a few drops of water:
- They evaporate instantly → the cookware is not hot enough.
- They form little balls → the perfect temperature is reached. You can now add fat if needed, followed by your ingredients.
Remove the detachable handle or side handles during cooking: they are intended solely for handling the cookware.

Cleaning: Deglaze with water for a flavourful sauce or to simplify cleaning.

You can soak your cookware in warm soapy water if needed.

Maintain the shine of your stainless steel with Renox cleaner to remove residue and restore its brilliance.

Utilisatrice depuis 20ans, de cette série avec les couvercles, au quotidien. Je recommande pour la qualité , l’ergonomie et la fabrication française . Cette commande n’est pas un remplacement mais un cadeau.Ma série de casseroles , identique à celle ci ,achetée en 1989 et utilisée au quotidien n’a pas bougée. Juste les couvercles qui ont un peu blanchis .

Très bien, pour un assez faible encombrement. A voir comment le set évoluera dans le temps avec l'entretien que nous lui apporterons.
