Removable Mutine pancake pans with an Exceliss non-stick coating come in two sizes: 26 and 30 cm for sweet or savoury pancakes and griddle cakes measuring 24 or 28 cm in diameter.

The extra-flat shape of Mutine pancake pans lets you slide pancakes, griddle cakes, or even fried eggs onto a plate with ease.

For its pancake pans, CRISTEL uses the Exceliss non-stick coating, guaranteed PFOA-free.

Requires a removable handle.

To preserve the coating of your utensil, avoid overheating. Our products are highly efficient, reaching the ideal temperature quickly without requiring a large energy source.

The coatings are designed for gentle cooking, not for searing at high temperatures.

  • Set your hob to 2/3 of its maximum power:
    • Hob up to 12: setting 9
    • Hob up to 9: setting 6
    • Gas: 1 notch above the middle. The flame should not exceed the base of the utensil.

  • Remove the detachable handle or grips during cooking: they are intended solely for handling the cookware.

⚠️ Do not heat your utensil empty. Add the fat at the start of the heating process.

  • Only use wooden, nylon or silicone utensils. Do not cut directly in your dish.
  • Cleaning: although it is dishwasher-safe, we recommend hand washing with warm soapy water and a soft non-abrasive sponge.
    Wait for your utensil to cool down before cleaning it to avoid thermal shock.
  • Storage: protect the non-stick coating from impacts with pan protectors.
