Polished stainless bain-marie inserts from the Removable Mutine collection are compatible with CRISTEL saucepans of the same diameter and remain totally stable.

The bain-marie insert is a must-have item of cookware to make sabayon and béarnaise or hollandaise sauces.
The bain-marie is also ideal for gently heating or warming up even the most delicate dishes.

The Mutine bain-marie insert is made of 18/10 stainless steel. It preserves the taste of food and is easy to clean after use.
