18/10 stainless high-sided saucepan, mirror finish, from the Removable Mutine collection.
The Mutine high-sided saucepan with volume markings is 11-cm high, compared with 7 cm for the standard CRISTEL saucepan of the same diameter.
Volume markings on the inside every 100 ml, from 0.4 to 1.5 L.
At once a baby-bottle warmer, milk saucepan and steam cooker (in combination with an insert of the same size), this is a must-have item of cookware for preparing meals for little ones.
The high-sided saucepan makes a practical and original new-baby gift.
Mutine high-sided saucepans with volume markings are made of 18/10 stainless steel. They preserve the taste of food and are easy to clean after use.

Our products are highly efficient, reaching the ideal temperature quickly without requiring a large energy source.
For liquids (water, milk):
- You can set your hob to maximum power.
- ⚠️ Add salt or stock cubes only once the water is boiling.
Cooking food:
- Set your hob to 2/3 of its maximum power:
- Hob up to 12: setting 9
- Hob up to 9: setting 6
- Gas: one notch above medium flame
- Test the temperature: Add a few drops of water:
- They evaporate instantly → the cookware is not hot enough.
- They form little balls → the perfect temperature is reached. You can now add fat if needed, followed by your ingredients.
- Remove the detachable handle or side handles during cooking: they are intended solely for handling the cookware.
Cleaning: Deglaze with water for a flavourful sauce or to simplify cleaning.
You can soak your cookware in warm soapy water if needed.
Maintain the shine of your stainless steel with Renox cleaner to remove residue and restore its brilliance.

This saucepan was missing from my Cristel collection. It's a tall saucepan, making it practical, especially for cooking hard-boiled eggs without overflow. Excellent for sauces. The 1.5L capacity is perfect.

I chose the 14 cm diameter to have a tall, narrow container (for cooking artichokes, for example). It's practical for small quantities, the graduations are useful, and it heats up very quickly on induction. The removable handle system, which I already own, is very convenient. Storage is easy because there's no large handle. Perfect for me!
