Made of brushed 18/10 stainless steel, the Removable Strate bain-marie insert is perfectly compatible with CRISTEL saucepans of the same diameter and remains totally stable.
The bain-marie insert is a must-have item of cookware to make sabayon and béarnaise or hollandaise sauces.
