Strate stainless frying pans with a removable handle come in five sizes: 20, 24, 26, 28 and 30 cm.
Strate stainless frying pans are ideal for searing meat, even without the addition of water or oil, thanks to the quality of their heat-diffusing base.
When its handle is removed, the CRISTEL stainless frying pan can be used as an oven dish, to make a vegetable tian for example.
For cooking fish, eggs or potatoes, the Strate non-stick frying pan is the most suitable.
Strate frying pans are made of 18/10 stainless steel. They preserve the taste of food and are easy to clean after use.
Requires a removable handle or grips.

Our products are highly efficient, reaching the ideal temperature quickly without requiring a large energy source.
- Set your hob to 2/3 of its maximum power:
- Hob up to 12: setting 9
- Hob up to 9: setting 6
- Gas: one notch above medium flame
- Test the temperature: Add a few drops of water:
- They evaporate instantly → the cookware is not hot enough.
- They form little balls → the perfect temperature is reached. You can now add fat if needed, followed by your ingredients.
- Remove the detachable handle or side handles during cooking: they are intended solely for handling the cookware.
Cleaning: Deglaze with water for a flavourful sauce or to simplify cleaning.
You can soak your cookware in warm soapy water if needed.
Maintain the shine of your stainless steel with Renox cleaner to remove residue and restore its brilliance.
