18/10 stainless frying pan, mirror finish, black Bakelite fixed handle, from the Fixed Mutine collection.

Fixed Mutine frying pans come in three sizes: 20, 24 and 28 cm.
Mutine stainless frying pans are ideal for searing meat, even without the addition of water or oil, thanks to the quality of their heat-diffusing base.

For cooking fish, eggs or potatoes, the Mutine non-stick frying pan is the most suitable.

Mutine frying pans are made of 18/10 stainless steel. They preserve the taste of food and are easy to clean after use.

Our products are highly efficient, reaching the ideal temperature quickly without requiring a large energy source.

Set your hob to 2/3 of its maximum power:
- Hob up to 12: setting 9
- Hob up to 9: setting 6
- Gas: 1 notch above medium. The flame must not exceed the base of the utensil.
Check the temperature: add a few drops of water.
- They evaporate instantly → the cookware is not hot enough.
- They form little beads → the right temperature has been reached. You can start cooking by adding fat if desired, followed by your food.

Cleaning: deglaze with water for a tasty jus or easier cleaning.

You can soak your cookware in warm soapy water if needed.

Revive the shine to your stainless steel with Renox cleaner to remove any remaining marks.

Très bon produit, en suivant les instructions de cuisson je prépare mes viandes sans que cela accroche. L'entretien est simple même si elle peut passer au lave-vaisselle je préfère la laver à la main.
