Removable Strate sautépans come in three sizes: 20, 22 and 24.
Strate stainless sautépans are ideal for searing meat, even without the addition of water or oil, thanks to the quality of their heat-diffusing base.
The sauté pan will satisfy all your needs and desires: you can sauté, brown, grill, gently fry, glaze, stew, and more.
An emblematic piece of the Cook & Serve concept, the sautépan moves seamlessly from the kitchen to the table and can be turned into a serving dish with the two grips.
To grill fish or potatoes, the Strate non-stick sauté pan is the most suitable.
Strate sautépans are made of 18/10 stainless steel. They preserve the taste of food and are easy to clean after use.

Our products are highly efficient, reaching the ideal temperature quickly without requiring a large energy source.
- Set your hob to 2/3 of its maximum power:
- Hob up to 12: setting 9
- Hob up to 9: setting 6
- Gas: one notch above medium flame
- Test the temperature: Add a few drops of water:
- They evaporate instantly → the cookware is not hot enough.
- They form little balls → the perfect temperature is reached. You can now add fat if needed, followed by your ingredients.
- Remove the detachable handle or side handles during cooking: they are intended solely for handling the cookware.
Cleaning: Deglaze with water for a flavourful sauce or to simplify cleaning.
You can soak your cookware in warm soapy water if needed.
Maintain the shine of your stainless steel with Renox cleaner to remove residue and restore its brilliance.
