Castel'Pro 3-ply mini stainless steel pan, glossy mirror finish with 3-layer thermo-diffuser body, fixed cast iron handle.

The 3 superimposed layers (induction stainless steel - aluminum - stainless steel 18/10) of the mini Castel'Pro pan allow for a homogeneous distribution of heat throughout the body of the cooking utensil, from the base to the edges.
The absence of a bottom report justifies a speed of rise and fall of the temperature and facilitates the cooking of the most technical devices. The unique round shape of the body of the utensil is ideal for mixing, sautéing and cooking.

The 3-layer Castel'Pro Stoves preserve the taste qualities of food and are easy to clean after cooking.

The athermic solid stainless steel handle, perfectly linked to the body of the pan thanks to the stainless steel rivets, does not retain the heat on a ceramic hob.

Our products are highly efficient, reaching the ideal temperature quickly without requiring a large energy source.

Set your hob to 2/3 of its maximum power:
- Hob up to 12: setting 9
- Hob up to 9: setting 6
- Gas: 1 notch above medium. The flame must not exceed the base of the utensil.
Check the temperature: add a few drops of water.
- They evaporate instantly → the cookware is not hot enough.
- They form little beads → the right temperature has been reached. You can start cooking by adding fat if desired, followed by your food.

Cleaning: deglaze with water for a tasty jus or easier cleaning.

You can soak your cookware in warm soapy water if needed.

Revive the shine to your stainless steel with Renox cleaner to remove any remaining marks.
