Our products are highly efficient, reaching the ideal temperature quickly without requiring a large energy source.

For liquids (water, milk):

  • Set your hob to maximum power.
  • ⚠️ Add salt or stock cubes only once the water is boiling.

Cooking food:

  • Set your hob to 2/3 of its maximum power:
    • Hob up to 12: setting 9
    • Hob up to 9: setting 6
    • Gas: 1 notch above medium. The flame must not exceed the base of the utensil.
  • Check the temperature: add a few drops of water.
    • They evaporate instantly → the cookware is not hot enough.
    • They form little beads → the right temperature has been reached. You can start cooking by adding fat if desired, followed by your food.

Cleaning: deglaze with water for a tasty jus or easier cleaning.

You can soak your cookware in warm soapy water if needed.

Revive the shine to your stainless steel with Renox cleaner to remove any remaining marks.

    Beautiful product, beautiful quality, necessarily more expensive (I still have to buy a pan and a wok. We'll see later). I still need to master cooking fish!

    Excellent product. I had never cooked with stainless steel before, and the video tutorials are extremely helpful. I'm discovering that it's possible to cook without fat and without anything sticking. Same for the non-stick pan, excellent product.
