With a layer of aluminium sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel, Casteline frying pans allow heat to spread throughout their body, not only in the heat-diffusing base.

Usage recommendation: the Céram'in non-stick coating enables optimum heat transfer; we recommend reducing the level of heat you would usually use with your frying pan. No higher than setting 5 of 12 for an induction hob, for example.

To brown or cook all your fish, potato, egg, etc. recipes, without sticking, thanks to the Céram'in ceramic non-stick coating.

For grilled meat, a stainless frying pan is the most suitable.

Requires removable handles or grips.
