Mirror finish stainless wok, made with triple-layer Multiply (stainless steel / aluminium / stainless steel), and a removable handle from the Removable Casteline collection.
Lid sold separately.
With a layer of aluminium sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel, Casteline woks allow heat to spread throughout their body.
Cooking with a wok requires high temperatures in order to preserve the colour, flavour and nutritional value of food.
Casteline woks fully meet the requirements for this type of cooking.
The wok's tapered shape enables food to be heated evenly with little oil. The multiple-layer design of CRISTEL woks improves the innate quality of the wok even further.
Available with non-stick coating.

- From Ø 24 cm onwards, we recommend adding two removable side handles rather than a handle when the cookware is filled with food or liquid.
Our products are highly efficient, reaching the ideal temperature quickly without requiring a large energy source.
- Set your hob to 2/3 of its maximum power:
- Hob up to 12: setting 9
- Hob up to 9: setting 6
- Gas: one notch above medium flame
- Test the temperature: Add a few drops of water:
- They evaporate instantly → the cookware is not hot enough.
- They form little balls → the perfect temperature is reached. You can now add fat if needed, followed by your ingredients.
- Remove the detachable handle or side handles during cooking: they are intended solely for handling the cookware.
Cleaning: Deglaze with water for a flavourful sauce or to simplify cleaning.
You can soak your cookware in warm soapy water if needed.
Maintain the shine of your stainless steel with Renox cleaner to remove residue and restore its brilliance.

Bought as an electric hob and campfire wok. Used on hot coals and logs directly, no warping at all - easy to clean after, stays polished. For home, it heats up quickly, and retains heat well. 10/10.
