Thanks to the efficiency of CRISTEL induction-compatible "L" heat-diffusing base, Strate saucepans can be used in any kitchen and will be of valuable help for the preparation of your dishes.
Strate saucepans are made of 18/10 stainless steel. They preserve the taste of food and are easy to clean after use.

Our products are highly efficient, reaching the ideal temperature quickly without requiring a large energy source.
For liquids (water, milk):
- Set your hob to maximum power.
- ⚠️ Add salt or stock cubes only once the water is boiling.
Cooking food:
- Set your hob to 2/3 of its maximum power:
- Hob up to 12: setting 9
- Hob up to 9: setting 6
- Gas: 1 notch above medium. The flame must not exceed the base of the utensil.
- Check the temperature: add a few drops of water.
- They evaporate instantly → the cookware is not hot enough.
- They form little beads → the right temperature has been reached. You can start cooking by adding fat if desired, followed by your food.
Cleaning: deglaze with water for a tasty jus or easier cleaning.
You can soak your cookware in warm soapy water if needed.
Revive the shine to your stainless steel with Renox cleaner to remove any remaining marks..
