This 18/10 stainless steel Non-stick Frying Pan is the result of a rich and symbolic history in the culinary world.
In 1826, our factory manufactured the world’s first stamped saucepan. Two centuries later, CRISTEL is paying tribute to this historic product, reviving the memory of an era defined by exceptional expertise, fuelled by innovation and passion embodied by the men and women who, over the years, have helped preserve this precious heritage.
Our 1826 non-stick frying pan stands out thanks to its tapered base structure, echoing the shape of the antique pan that gave rise to this collection. It is available in 6 different diameters: Ø 20 - 22 - 24 - 26 - 28 and 30 cm.
Equipped with a heat-diffusing base made up of three superimposed layers (induction stainless steel - aluminium - 18/10 stainless steel) and an Exceliss+ non-stick coating, guaranteed to be PFOA and PFOS-free, it is induction-compatible and ensures even heat distribution over the entire surface of the base, ensuring that the most delicate foods, such as fish, eggs or potatoes do not stick when you are cooking.
In addition, no added fat is required, for healthier cooking.

To preserve the coating of your utensil, avoid overheating. Our products are highly efficient, reaching the ideal temperature quickly without requiring a large energy source.
The coatings are designed for gentle cooking, not for searing at high temperatures.
- Set your hob to 2/3 of its maximum power:
- Hob up to 12: setting 9
- Hob up to 9: setting 6
- Gas: 1 notch above the middle. The flame should not exceed the base of the utensil.
⚠️ Do not heat your utensil empty. Add the fat at the start of the heating process.
- Only use wooden, nylon or silicone utensils. Do not cut directly in your dish.
- Cleaning: although it is dishwasher-safe, we recommend hand washing with warm soapy water and a soft non-abrasive sponge.
Wait for your utensil to cool down before cleaning it to avoid thermal shock. - Storage: protect the non-stick coating from impacts with pan protectors.
