A tribute to the world’s first stamped saucepan, created in 1826 in our factory in Fesches-le-Châtel. - Fast heat-up and even cooking thanks to its 3-layer thermo-diffuser base.
- Ideal for searing, sautéing, browning or simmering.
- Excellent heat retention during serving, thanks to its 18/10 stainless steel body.
- Flat, riveted and heat-resistant polished stainless steel handles that do not conduct heat on ceramic and induction hobs.
- An elegant contrast between the brushed body and the polished finish of the handles.
- Supplied with a Castel’Pro flat stainless steel lid featuring a wide handle for a comfortable grip.

Our products are highly efficient, reaching the ideal temperature quickly without requiring a large energy source.
For liquids (water, milk):
- Set your hob to maximum power.
- ⚠️ Add salt or stock cubes only once the water is boiling.
Cooking food:
- Set your hob to 2/3 of its maximum power:
- Hob up to 12: setting 9
- Hob up to 9: setting 6
- Gas: 1 notch above medium. The flame must not exceed the base of the utensil.
- Check the temperature: add a few drops of water.
- They evaporate instantly → the cookware is not hot enough.
- They form little beads → the right temperature has been reached. You can start cooking by adding fat if desired, followed by your food.
Cleaning: deglaze with water for a tasty jus or easier cleaning.
You can soak your cookware in warm soapy water if needed.
Revive the shine to your stainless steel with Renox cleaner to remove any remaining marks.
