Square grill pan, 30 x 30 cm, with 3-ply construction (stainless steel/aluminium/stainless steel).

Available with a fixed handle in the Castel’Pro collection or with a removable handle in the Casteline collection.

Ideal for searing and frying, the ridges create perfect grill marks on your finest cuts of meat. Heat is evenly distributed across the entire surface of the pan.
Fixed handle or removable side handles securely riveted to the body of the pan.

Our products are highly efficient, reaching the ideal temperature quickly without requiring a large energy source.

Set your hob to 2/3 of its maximum power:
- Hob up to 12: setting 9
- Hob up to 9: setting 6
- Gas: 1 notch above medium. The flame must not exceed the base of the utensil.
Check the temperature: add a few drops of water.
- They evaporate instantly → the cookware is not hot enough.
- They form little beads → the right temperature has been reached. You can start cooking by adding fat if desired, followed by your food.

Cleaning: deglaze with water for a tasty jus or easier cleaning.

You can soak your cookware in warm soapy water if needed.

Revive the shine to your stainless steel with Renox cleaner to remove any remaining marks.
