Mirror finish stainless sautépan, made with triple-layer Multiply (stainless steel / aluminium / stainless steel), and a removable handle from the Removable Casteline collection.
Made up of five superimposed layers at the base and approximately three layers on the sides, this stainless steel sauté pan, compatible with induction hobs, offers full heat distribution across its entire surface, from the base to the rim.
Casteline stainless sautépans are ideal for searing meat, even without the addition of water or oil, thanks to the quality of their heat-diffusing base.
The sautépan will satisfy all your needs and desires: you can sauté, brown, grill, gently fry, glaze, stew, and more.
An emblematic piece of the Cook & Serve concept, the stainless sautépan moves seamlessly from the kitchen to the table, and can be turned into a serving dish with the two grips.
To grill fish or potatoes, the Casteline non-stick sautépan is the most suitable.
Casteline sautépans are made of 18/10 stainless steel. They preserve the taste of food and are easy to clean after use.

- We recommend adding two removable side handles rather than a handle when the cookware is filled with food or liquid.
Our products are highly efficient, reaching the ideal temperature quickly without requiring a large energy source.
- Set your hob to 2/3 of its maximum power:
- Hob up to 12: setting 9
- Hob up to 9: setting 6
- Gas: one notch above medium flame
- Test the temperature: Add a few drops of water:
- They evaporate instantly → the cookware is not hot enough.
- They form little balls → the perfect temperature is reached. You can now add fat if needed, followed by your ingredients.
- Remove the detachable handle or side handles during cooking: they are intended solely for handling the cookware.
Cleaning: Deglaze with water for a flavourful sauce or to simplify cleaning.
You can soak your cookware in warm soapy water if needed.
Maintain the shine of your stainless steel with Renox cleaner to remove residue and restore its brilliance.

The sauté pan and frying pan are very good. We should be asked again after 1 year of use, then 5 years, 10 years, 20 years (not sure we'll still be able to answer at over 80 years old).
