Set of four stainless steel saucepans Ø14 to 20 cm with two black Mutine 2 bakelite handles, polished mirror finish in tri-ply Multiply stainless steel/aluminium/stainless steel, with removable handles from the Casteline Removable collection.

The three-layer construction (18/10 stainless steel, aluminium, stainless steel) of the Casteline saucepans ensures even heat distribution throughout the entire body of the cookware, not just at the thermo-diffuser base.

The removable handle concept allows for perfect stacking of CRISTEL saucepans and stew pots, saving valuable space both in cupboards and in the dishwasher.
Practical and versatile, the removable handle system lets you transform your stainless steel saucepan into a stew pot simply by replacing the handles with side handles.

The Casteline tri-ply stainless steel/aluminium/stainless steel construction preserves the natural flavours of food and makes cleaning effortless after cooking.

Our products are highly efficient, reaching the ideal temperature quickly without requiring a large energy source.

For liquids (water, milk):

You can set your hob to maximum power.
⚠️ Add salt or stock cubes only once the water is boiling.

Cooking food:

Set your hob to 2/3 of its maximum power:
- Hob up to 12: setting 9
- Hob up to 9: setting 6
- Gas: one notch above medium flame
Test the temperature: Add a few drops of water:
- They evaporate instantly → the cookware is not hot enough.
- They form little balls → the perfect temperature is reached. You can now add fat if needed, followed by your ingredients.
Remove the detachable handle or side handles during cooking: they are intended solely for handling the cookware.

Cleaning: Deglaze with water for a flavourful sauce or to simplify cleaning.

You can soak your cookware in warm soapy water if needed.

Maintain the shine of your stainless steel with Renox cleaner to remove residue and restore its brilliance.
