18/10 stainless deep frying pan, brushed finish, removable handle, from the Removable Strate collection.
Removable Strate deep stainless frying pans come in 2 sizes: 24 and 28 cm.
Stainless frying pans with a removable handle are ideal for searing meat, even without the addition of water or oil, thanks to the quality of their heat-diffusing base.
Cooking meat on stainless steel lets you make delicious meat juices after de-glazing.
Remove the handle on the Strate stainless deep frying pan to turn it into a dish that can be used to finish cooking in the oven.
For cooking fish, eggs or potatoes, the Strate non-stick frying pan is the most suitable.
Strate frying pans are made of 18/10 stainless steel. They preserve the taste of food and are easy to clean after use.

Our products are highly efficient, reaching the ideal temperature quickly without requiring a large energy source.
- Set your hob to 2/3 of its maximum power:
- Hob up to 12: setting 9
- Hob up to 9: setting 6
- Gas: one notch above medium flame
- Test the temperature: Add a few drops of water:
- They evaporate instantly → the cookware is not hot enough.
- They form little balls → the perfect temperature is reached. You can now add fat if needed, followed by your ingredients.
- Remove the detachable handle or side handles during cooking: they are intended solely for handling the cookware.
Cleaning: Deglaze with water for a flavourful sauce or to simplify cleaning.
You can soak your cookware in warm soapy water if needed.

The pan completely met my expectations. It's my first purchase from Cristel, but it won't be my last. Little by little, I'll replace all my saucepans, frying pans, and sauté pans. I want to eat healthily and cook well. The interchangeable handles are fantastic for storage in the cupboard, even when space is limited.
