Our products are highly efficient, reaching the ideal temperature quickly without requiring a large energy source.

For liquids (water, milk):

• You can set your hob to maximum power.
• ⚠️ Add salt or stock cubes only once the water is boiling.

Cooking food:

• Set your hob to 2/3 of its maximum power:
  • Hob up to 12: setting 9
  • Hob up to 9: setting 6
  • Gas: one notch above medium flame
• Test the temperature: Add a few drops of water:
  • They evaporate instantly → the cookware is not hot enough.
  • They form little balls → the perfect temperature is reached. You can now add fat if needed, followed by your ingredients.
• Remove the detachable handle or side handles during cooking: they are intended solely for handling the cookware.

Cleaning: Deglaze with water for a flavourful sauce or to simplify cleaning.

You can soak your cookware in warm soapy water if needed.

Maintain the shine of your stainless steel with Renox cleaner to remove residue and restore its brilliance.
