Mirror finish stainless frying pan, made with triple-layer Multiply (stainless steel / aluminium / stainless steel), and a removable handle from the Removable Casteline collection.
With a layer of aluminium sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel, Casteline frying pans allow heat to spread throughout their body, not only in the heat-diffusing base.
Healthy and flavoursome cooking for meat and vegetables.
For cooking fish, eggs or potatoes, a CRISTEL frying pan with the Exceliss non-stick coating is the most suitable.
When its handle is removed, the CRISTEL stainless frying pan can be used as an oven dish, to make all your sweet or savoury recipes.
Triple-layer stainless steel-aluminium-stainless steel Casteline frying pans preserve the taste of food and are easy to clean after use.

Our products are highly efficient, reaching the ideal temperature quickly without requiring a large energy source.
- Set your hob to 2/3 of its maximum power:
- Hob up to 12: setting 9
- Hob up to 9: setting 6
- Gas: one notch above medium flame
- Test the temperature: Add a few drops of water:
- They evaporate instantly → the cookware is not hot enough.
- They form little balls → the perfect temperature is reached. You can now add fat if needed, followed by your ingredients.
- Remove the detachable handle or side handles during cooking: they are intended solely for handling the cookware.
Cleaning: Deglaze with water for a flavourful sauce or to simplify cleaning.
You can soak your cookware in warm soapy water if needed.
Maintain the shine of your stainless steel with Renox cleaner to remove residue and restore its brilliance.
